Participation and Allocation
These deals are offered by members of this Private Members Club. Any member who wants to join can apply, application guarantees an allocation.
Members with Locked $UPAD of at least 3,000,000 can receive a guaranteed allocation provided that individuals (and entities) pass KYC (jurisdictional restrictions apply). Token allocation depends on your tier. Any unclaimed allocations after the initial funding round will be offered to members who might otherwise be ineligible.
