UnityPrivate · member deal access on Base
Private deals, before they're public
Member access to seed rounds, private sales and selected KOL rounds, brought by the club community and logged by name in the 64-position record. Hold and lock $UNITY to unlock deal tiers: the higher the tier, the deeper the access.
What is a crypto private sale?
A crypto private sale is an early funding round in which a project sells tokens to a closed group of investors before any public sale or exchange listing. Price, allocation size and vesting are negotiated directly with the project, making it the earliest and least accessible entry a token ever offers.
That closed door is what membership opens. Private rounds close inside networks: projects allocate to funds, syndicates and clubs they already know. The Unitypad club is one of those networks. Its rounds open to member tiers: hold and lock $UNITY to reach one, and your tier sets which deals you see and what allocation you can request.
How deal access works
No application, no invite codes, no favors to call in. The same five steps apply to every member at every tier.
Buy $UNITY on Base and hold it in your wallet.
Lock your $UNITY to reach a member tier. Higher tiers, deeper access.
Your tier determines which open and upcoming deals you can see.
When a deal opens to your tier, request your allocation. Requested, never guaranteed.
Confirmed requests go on the deal's whitelist. You enter on the deal's terms: price, vesting, schedule.
The deal types
Three deal forms reach members through the same tier mechanic, and seed rounds lead the flow. What differs is the stage, the terms, and how early you are.
The core of the deal flow: the earliest rounds a project sells, vetted by the club before they reach a tier. Negotiated price, vesting on the record.
Closed pre-listing rounds for selected investors, opened to member tiers on the deal's terms and tracked on the presale list.
Occasional rounds sourced through the network, taken only when members get the same terms the club gets.
No IDOs, deliberately. Unitypad does not run or touch them. An IDO is the public tail of a launch; members get in earlier, at seed and private rounds, while the first terms still exist.
The community brings the deals
Why would a club share its deal flow? Because Unitypad is not selling access to strangers' deals. The rounds come from its own community.
Members and the wider network bring each round to the table; Unitypad presents it to the tiers and helps the team behind it grow. Every position the club has taken is on the record: 64 portfolio investments, including MegaETH, Supra Oracle and Humanity Protocol. When a deal reaches your tier, check the log before you decide.
Current and past deals
Publicly named deals appear on the presale list: open rounds when live, closed rounds logged. Members-only rounds show as locked rows: name hidden, tier requirement visible. Past deals sit in the portfolio, on the record.
Eight names from the 64-investment portfolio. No return figures attached, by policy: the list itself is the proof.
Questions, answered
What is a crypto private sale?
A crypto private sale is an early funding round where a project sells tokens to a closed group of investors before any public sale or exchange listing, at directly negotiated price, allocation and vesting terms. At Unitypad, private sales are brought in by the club community and open to member tiers.
Does Unitypad run IDOs?
No. Unitypad does not run or touch IDOs. Deal flow comes earlier: seed rounds, private sales and selected KOL rounds, reaching members tier by tier. By the time a token reaches a public launchpad, the earliest pricing is gone; members enter before that point. Where IDOs fit, explained.
How do I get whitelisted for a deal?
Hold and lock $UNITY to reach a member tier. When a deal opens to your tier, request an allocation; confirmed requests go on the deal's whitelist. Allocation is requested, never guaranteed, and depends on your tier and the deal's size. See the member tiers.
What's the difference between a private sale and a presale?
A private sale is a closed round for selected investors, usually earlier, with directly negotiated terms and vesting. A presale is a broader pre-listing sale, often open to the public at published terms. Both forms reach member tiers through the same lock-and-tier mechanic and are tracked on the presale list.
Do I need to hold $UNITY to see deals?
Partly. Publicly named deals are listed on the presale list, and the 64-investment portfolio is fully public. Deal terms, allocations and members-only rounds require a member tier, which you reach by holding and locking $UNITY.
