What is Engines of Fury?
Engines of Fury is a free-to-play top-down extraction shooter for PC, set in a post-apocalyptic world of mutants and hostile terrain. You go in, scavenge, survive both AI monsters and other players, and try to get out with the loot. The blockchain part is optional, and that is the most important sentence on this page.
What Engines of Fury actually is
Extraction shooters live or die on one tension: everything you carry out is kept, and everything you carry in can be lost. Engines of Fury runs that loop as PvPvE — AI-controlled monsters and other players in the same space — where the decision to push for more loot or leave with what you have is the whole game.
The economy is described as partially player-owned. Characters, housing, gear and currency can be owned and traded outside the game, recorded through smart contracts on Ethereum and BSC.
The word doing the work is optional. These are described as optional game-related digital assets, which means the game is meant to be playable without touching any of it. That is the design most likely to survive: games that require a wallet to start have a much smaller possible audience than games that merely permit one.
The $FURY token
$FURY is described as a deflationary token that lets players craft, trade and earn through gameplay.
Deflationary is a mechanism, not a virtue. It means supply is designed to fall through burns, usually tied to in-game activity. That only supports value if the activity itself is sustained by people who want to play, rather than by people farming an incentive.
The test for any game token is simple and unforgiving: would the game still be fun if the token were worth nothing? Where the answer is yes, the token is a bonus. Where it is no, the token was the game.
Where Unitypad stands
Engines of Fury is one of the 64 positions on the public portfolio. The club’s own entry records a $250 position dated April 30, 2024, entered via WM Capital, with the TGE-return and P&L columns still empty. The canonical record is in the Unitypad docs.
At $250 this is among the smallest positions on the record. It is listed with the same detail as the largest, because a portfolio that only itemises its big tickets is telling you something other than the truth about how it invests.
Nothing here is advice, a price forecast, or a claim about what the project is worth today. It is what the public record says, dated, with the places the record is silent marked as silent.
